Is there any way to make labels and panels to have no background or color of there own, but you see whats behind them?

In windws labels always have a background color.
There is probably a way by intercepting the paint or erase background messages in api.

There should be. i seem to rememeber you could do this in visualbasic.

It does work yes but i find alot of the things i wish to do graphicly with the gui is limited becourse i cant do any transparency.
