How to cue a cutscene?

Hi everyone,
I would like to know how you would start a cutscene with 2D images by bumping into a 3D object. If anyone could explain this to me, I would be very grateful. I'm pretty new to Blitz Basic. Thanks.

Hmm... it seems I put this in the wrong forum... I'm using Blitz3D. Is there a way to move it?
And by "bumping into a 3D object", I mean colliding with one.

Well, if you can handle collisions, then all you need to do is detect the collision then if the correct collision occurred, display your 2D images. If you want to remain in 3D mode and have good fps, use a 2D in 3D lib.

Can you give an example of what you would put in the If line?
