With regards to pixelling in PS I just think its way to bloated to be used as a pixel artist tool. Maybe this is because I come from the DPaint era.
Well, indeed I not only respect that opinion, but I also could share it to an extent. Is not initially thought for pixel art as Dpaint is.
I have too used Dpaint.I did backgrounds and sprites with way long ago. Many years.
But well, PS does the task -and many others more- and with that -and some low pol 3d- i pay the bills... I must be switching -not only pixel art- of kind of task many times a day, and ps tends to save the neck at any task..
I was pointing out that as I read often in other forums that ps can't be used for pixel art...well I do, and for old school pixel art, and several other styles, it has enough features to customize its use as you need...
yet not ideal for pixel art, yup. All can allways be better.
I'd like a more handy access to brushes (indeed, liked more PS5 ways in that) and a general more handy interface, but not only for pixel art...
