Hi Sef here

I would like to say that Blender the latest is awesome with creating 3d models but I saved a model in the latest blender
it comes out as 1 kb so I thought hmm oh well right and loaded up in Blitz3D right the program loads up ok but the model is no where to be seen

the model file is a .3ds file made in and exported in blender

what Should I do?

and I just clicked on the file in Blitz3D alone it doesn't show anything

Try loading it into another modeller.
If it doesn't show up in there, it's Blender's fault. (Which is most likely, since it would be hard to screw up .3ds loading and have nobody notice for all this time)
