Got me a new 17" LCD-TFT flat-panel monitor for X-Mas (a good one at that, I cant stand noticable motion-blurring/color-bleeding), and noticed the thing had a DVI port as well as the standard VGA serial port that I'm accustomed too.
Anyhow, was wondering if anyone here knows if there's any noticable difference in picture quality making the step up to DVI, and whether it is worth switching over to it or not...
Still new to the world of flat-panels here, and my god these things are pretty to look at, like my PSP screen, but without all the finger prints.
(been using CRT for too many years, the picture quality & contrast/brightness ratio on this thing compared to my old 15" CRT is enormous)
