DesktopBuffer() or DesktopGraphics()

Is there anything like DesktopGraphics() which allows you to draw to the users desktop?
(Like DesktopBuffer in BlitzPlus)
And if not will it come in later versions?

No, there isn't currently. But if we keep asking for buffer
control, we'll probably eventually get some attention.

Well, I not really requested buffer control, I only wanted to have any possibility to draw directly to the user's desktop. So isn't there something like it?
