anyone looking forward to the new film. you will be able to play my tranformers game soon ive got to do the textures but ive got almost all of the classic transformers in there its quite good fun, even though it was hard to get them to transform and still look good

ok im not far off a tech demo so watch this space.
prime looks alot nicer now ive textured him. the best model ive done is jazz and features quite alot in the demo im working on.

What you fav transformer?
The original Megatron - not because of what he can transform into (just a crappy pistol) but because of that massive fusion cannon he carries on his arm - it made the coolest sort of WAADOOMPH sound in the cartoons
Skyfire / Jetfire was a decent one also - no idea if you buy him as a toy though, or whether he was only in the cartoons.
My favourite toy was whichever one could transform into the red Lamborghini Countach - might have been called something like Sidewipe? I think there was a yellow one also.

My favourite Transformer was Optimus Prime. But that was probably because I was very young when I watched the show and he was the leader so I was easilly impressed. I did have (probably still do somewhere) a purple car transformer toy but I don't know if he was in the cartoons. I also had a dinosaur (T-Rex) which was hard to transform becuase his tail was hard to pry apart.
Me Grimlock! How can anyone have a different favorite Transformer?
I loved them all and had almost all of them, I really was a great fan. Side Swipe was the red Lamborghini and the yellow one was called Sun Steaker.
I have waited ages for a decent generation one game to be made so I`m looking forward to this.
Favourites would have to be Prime, Megatron, Soundwave there`s just to many to name.

I'll tell you how: because Jazz was the man. He's the only Transformer to use the word "shenanigans" for one thing. It's criminal that he had such a small role in The Movie.
soundwave was my fav. but lets face it a cassette recorder isnt much fun in a game so although he will be in there i dont know if he will be a playable character. its all gen 1 transformers. i got sick of waiting myself thats why i started making models for my own game. i will be reproducing the sound effects and look as close to the cartoon as i can.
i just got them on DVD as an early christmas presant to myself. my videos for when i was a kid are getting a old now.
Glenny-boy and all jazz fans will be very happy.

my favorite transformer was optimus prime. my older brother and i put optimus prime on the pavement along with a few other transformers and we watched in awe as a mack truck ran them over. skyfire had to be my least favorite transformer. sheesh, what idiot would ever think about using the name "skyfire".
edit: nevermind. skyfire is a great name.
more screens soon had a few hard days drinking and partying so ill get back to work soon. i got another transformers dvd box set for christmas which was cool i have seasons 1, 2, 3, 4 ,headmasters and the film to watch again now.

StarScream without a doubt. His god complex alone made me watch Transformers! I still have many of my TF figures including the spaceshuttle, Jetfire and Starscream in the attic.
I remember I couldn't afford Optimus Prime, so as the crafty bugger I was, I built one out of card-board, lot's of tape and some drinking straws. It even transformed and everything!

the model has now been changed to look more like the cartoon as this model maimly the head is draw using the comic as reference.
Im wrking hard on this at the mo so should have something soon.

Heh, StarScream was awesome..! I believe his ultimate match for the autobots would have to be GrimLock. Both of them were just complete loonies and made the show awesome to watch.
However, in the midst of the autobots consistenly getting thier asses kicked by the more dominating deceptacons, only to win by some lame miracle, I truly thought Ultra-Magnus was one of the true badasses from the autobot side.....too bad the matrix didnt fall into his hand!

I don't remember their names, but I used to love the spring-loaded Transformers that would pop into their humanoid form. It startled my sister every time. hee hee
