Best ide for blittz3d

Hi,
Although the standard IDE isn't too bad, the total lack of undo annoys me, so much so that after 3 years of using it I have decided to switch.

Which is the best alternative IDE availble at the moment in your opinion and what extra features does it offer?

In terms of free IDEs, I really like IndeED and I use it all the time.

Some noteable features that I can think of off the top of my head are a fully customizeable automatic code indenter, block comment, function quick help, web browser, compatibility with many different languages, custom colour schemes, themes, it looks nice, type field autocomplete, built in code library...

Protean hands down.

It's been planned to go open source, but I don't know when. You could wait or you could buy it.

It's still worthy of having money spent on it, but since it's going free soon (stopped development/open sourced) you may want to just grab the demo and familiarise yourself with it a bit =]
