Yup.
Took us 2 full business days on the phone with Microsoft support plus two non-public SQL hotfixes to get rid of that thing. (On the bright side, since it was caused by a flaw in SQL they waved the support fee)
It's even more annoying that I wasn't even trying to submit any values, just view the stupid properties of the already configured replication profile.
