Mario Kart DS

Hay all..

Me and a few of my pals have either already gotten or are getting MarioKart DS.

I thought I would create a wee ladder to run for us, and I thought it would be more interesting if more people could use it also.

Im using a modded, Squash-ladder script so its no where near what it will look like in the end, I plan on learning the ladder basics from this script and then creating a much better system designed for the game in question.

Any wins tracked just now though will be moved over so feel free to have a shot.

Just picked up Mario Kart DS for my son for XMas, guess I am going to be borrowing it from him alot :-)

The online play is amazing! However, the people who play online are not! By the fourth race who ever is in last always drops out! sometimes even the person in 3rd! It is too bad because it ruins a lot of the online fun. I still love it though!

Well iv had a hell of time getting mine online, eventually found out that I had to upgrade my routers firmware. and while doing so I interupted it so my router interface is now lacking in any help pages at all. On the plus side tho the ds is getting on line so the help pages can go stuff themselfs. ROFL

I have say being my 29th Birsthday today Its been the best gift iv had in bloody years. having tons of fun with it and looking forward to playing more online with it.

On the subject of online play ( OMFG IM CRAP ) I thought I was good but it took me ages to realise that powersliding gives a speed bonus, I was wondering why i was always last lol.. kept thinking bloody hackers... :)

Anyway gona go play with ma toy some more i goto learn how to nail that powerslide trick all the time so I can win and not come in last like 5 minutes behind everyone else.

The UK online play is up-and-running then? Nice. Just wish I could afford to buy a DS and MK. :(

P.S. Yavin, what have you been doing?!?!? Powersliding in MK is the best part. :P
