Small footprint Installer

I currently use INNO but the footprint is about 300Kb!!

Anyone know of a free installer thats got the features of INNO and has a really small footprint.

I must be able to :

- Customise the look of the Installer - Images etc.
- Install to a directory based on a path in the registry (inno does this very well)

I hope someone can help.

Well NSIS was about half that last I checked.
