service pack 2

Hello

I installed the MS Service pack 2.
Now I can not open the "buy now" page any longer ( also from other sites)
Probably it is due to some protection features
What shall I disactivate ?

Sounds like Encryption isnt working. Pages like that use SSL to transfer data to prevent hackers (rarely) intercepting the stream and getting your details. Check the internet explorer security settings aren't too high and that SSL connections are enabled in the Advanced tab.

My settings are the same as yours but still not working

Never heard of that happening before. If its just Secure Websites then It could be possible that the CryptioGraphic Services are not running. I remember I once disabled them and I couldnt access secure pages anymore. Here's the steps to start them if they are not running:

Start -> Run
Enter: services.msc and press Ok
Scroll down the list until you find Cryptographic Services
Right Click on it and choose Start

If it is already running then something else is wrong. If it isnt running you may need to change it to Automatic Startup. To do that double click on it and in the Startup type box choose Automatic.
