I was bored and came up with a simple but sexy prototype for a new KDE Start Panel in a few minutes, Pic is GIF but it outlines my idea for it,



Tell me what you think, good or bad. Would you rather have this or the old KDE menu, should I post it on the KDE Tracker wish list?

old bar.

Thanks, I recently found out that they are already doing something nice with KDE 4.0 called 'Plasma'. So far they have some pretty sweet stuff going on there, it has a forum too.
