What extras do you want i.e. PHP, mySQL, etc.
You can try my host 1l hosting. You get a free domain name (youwebsitename.1l.com) and you can use a ftp program. *cough* the only problem is that its not always up.
of course you can always try hosting it youself. Just have a PC thats always on and hooked up to the net and look at this site for more info (i think they will give you a domain name if you don't already have one.
