No, not as such. You can of course device ways of making it difficult for someone to be able to use this image.
yes, you can, however it's a pain in the butt and you'd be far better using something like photobucket.

pretty much, yes. You could install a web server (like apache), open your firewall on port 80 and redirect any requests to you PC specifically, and then hand out your IP, or if you want a domain, you can use something like NO-IP.com to redirect domain requests to your PC.
But... then it is uploaded to the net =]

There's really no other way for someone across the 'net to see your pictures unless those pictures are somewhere on the net too, whether that takes turning your computer into a server (which is a pain - not to mention that you need your computer turned on and connected ALL the time), or simply uploading it to free webhosting.
