That video has been out unofficially for the past month; pretty much everyone over at the elder scrolls forums has already seen it. Then again, I doubt Bethesda would have dared to release it on their own site if it hadn't been leaked beforehand. A few thousand people simultaneously trying to download 200 mb worth of video would have hurt...
The video itself looks pretty cool. Unfortunately, I wont be getting Oblivion on the day of release. My poor computer would have a fit; it has enough trouble running Morrowind.

I would consider Fallout: Tactics to be "Fallout 3", and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel for the Xbox as "Fallout 4". So they need to start of Fallout 5!
Not in the sense of them being close to the RPG's that the original Fallout 1&2's were.. I would classify it as "THE Fallout 3" if it ever comes out, since I didn't like the latest additions and will rather forget all about them :D
is that the video where they talk about some of the tech and show the granny practicing wit hthe bow, getting some food for her dog, and then torturing it with some magic because it wouldn't let her get some sleep or something?
