it's something done by a guy who is 'looking at' licensing Unity 3D...
nothing really spectacular, or anything... i was just taken in by the immersive first person view that he was able to impart...
this is a walkaround, probably for some architectural design proposal or something, and the developer was able to give a realistic, almost as if you were there feel to the viewer... just walk behind the reception desk in the lobby, and look around...
... it's like you were actually there.
next go upstairs to one of the apartments (walk to the end of the lobby hall towards the spinning cube)...

walk around... the stairs to go up to the bedroom level is behind the kitchen area...
there is also an opening to go out onto one of the terraces...
really nice job... you can read about it here http://forum.otee.dk/viewtopic.php?t=601

my bad... the enthralling first person perspective was mostly due to the widescreen cinematic effect that a slightly defective monitor i have affords me, when a mac is hooked to it... that stretched the 1024x768 full screen to a wide screen format... sorta the same difference that you get when watching a widescreen vs the fullscreen (tv) version of a dvd movie...
when i viewed the demo on a 'good' monitor in full screen 1024x768, the dramatic effect was diminished... sorta...
widescreen... hmmmmm.... i've gotta look into this...
