protean ide problem

i just installed protean on a new computer, and it worked fine. now (overnight) when i load it, the options for Compile, etc, and all the File/Edit menus, are missing! i can't run a program.

i tried uninstalling, reinstalling.

i'm running release 14 build 1818.

i'm about to leave on a long trip and was hoping to code but can't do it with protean - any ideas??

Have you made sure that the compiler options are set? ie. the options that point to your Blitz Directories
