A key on my laptop broke off and I don't know how to fix it. Has anyone ever had experience with this kind of thing? I have three pieces - the key, a little bar thingy, and the keyboard which contains a little lever thing.
Broken Laptop Key
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Broken Laptop Key Well with my laptop if a key comes off I just push it back on and it snaps in place. I take it you've already tried that though.
I'd contact the folks who sold you it.

use Cyanacrylat and snaps the key in !
Is there a piece that's actually broke? My parrot always rips the keys off my keyboards (desktop and laptop) She's really good at it, but they always just pop back on.
I would be VERY careful about using glue on the keyboard, you may have a new definition to the words "stuck key" If there are pieces that you can glue together, do that first, and then put back on the keyboard. don't try to glue directly in place or you could be in trouble. Especially with Cy glue that is really thin and can spread really easy.

Unrelated, but what kind of parrot do you have?
I love birds, so I can't resist asking.

You need to get a prodding wotsit to enable the bar thing to re-engage with the gubbins...Obviously...
I have a couple of Senegal Parrots,... They are medium-small sized birds closely related to African Grey's if you don't know the breed. Mostly green color with a yellow/orange chest and a grey head.
