PrideUI Test
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/PrideUI Test
Hi,
I need people to test this and tell me if it work ok, please tell me your system specs.
Image Paint Download Thanks,
Sarge
Works well over here.
You probably know this, but your image window gets covered in grey artifacts from the help/about window when it's dragged around. This is more a problem with the demo, though (all that WS_CLIPSIBLINGS bother).
Your window lacks a close button.
Specs:
Windows XP Pro
Radeon 9600 Pro (What the heck... I have the word Pro all over the place... I look like a wannabe of some sort)
1.28 GB RAM
Athlon XP 2500+ (1.8GHz)
Added the close button, i am trying to fix the repaint problem because when you do Graphics 800,600,0 -> 0 for window mode it has bad repaint issues in blitzmax.
Thanks again.
Works here too Sarge.
Specs:
P4 3Ghz, 768MB, WinXP Home
ATI X600 Pro 256MB
DirectX 9.0c
Works.
AMD 64 3000+, 1gb RAM, XP SP 2 Home, X800 XT PE 256MB
Fonud a problem: If I click on the toolbar, it draws onto the location that I clicked on the toolbar to the picture.
Hm... that made no sense. Just do it yourself :)
Neaters! I just learned of yet another UI feature that Windows does completely automatically :D When I press Alt and the first letter of a menu in a window's menu bar, it opens it up, and the programmer doesn't have to do a thing :)
Hi Picklesworth,
Thanks for that, i fixed it and it works perfect.
Thanks,
Sarge
Works fine here apart from the about window bug already mentioned.
This going to be freeware? Is it multi-plat like blitzes?
If it's commercial, can I interest you in a swap for a copy of Vivid.2d.net? :)
Im not sure, im thinking of releasing the PureUI module for free to the blitzmax community only and that way i can find out all the bugs and extra commands it needs and then compile a dll out of it and sell it to other languages like Darkbasic, Blitz3D ect.
This is a windows module for now.
Thanks,
Sarge
