Hey, everybody!!
It's me...CodeD! Well, the good news is I'm still alive, and I'll be home for Thanksgiving. Although, I had a very close 100yd brush with an exploding car bomb. What fun!
The bad news is my laptop's ac adapter's transformer is busted. Once again. Good thing I have that Best Buy service policy, and this will be the 5th time I've had to turn it in, and last time they sent it to me, it had more problems than when I sent it to them, it is well over-due for their lemon-policy, to get a new replacement laptop.
Toshiba p25-s507...pos!
I hate Iraq! It sucks here!
I can't tell you more than that because it would be Sedition!
So, what name is Noel going by these days?
Well, I have to go...some sirens are going off.
Hurrah!
yippee-kay-ay, CodeD is still alive! w00t! :-)

Brave guy :)
Youre nearly there pal..
Keep going :)
and..well, I'm sorry i never sent you most of the stuff I promised :(
Yeh, nice to hear you are doing okay. I wouldn't like to be there.
I'm actually intrigued as to what you eat out there - I mean are you living on ration packs or do you get proper meals? What sort of stuff?
Nice to hear that you are still alive and kicking.
Good luck and come home in one piece.

I guess he is a soldier?
Glad you made it. Stay safe kid. Got a few mates who did 3 month OA stints in the big I - one guy was at the bar on base when a mortar came over the wall - they were all confined to quarters for the evening. Can't answer for the Code'Ed but my mate stationed at BASRA air station/area brigade HQ said the food was great. Even had a dedicated curry counter.
I didn't realise soldiers get net access. Cool. =]
Glad to hear you're OK Codey. Keep your head down and stay safe.
Come home safe, discussing opposing political views just wouldn't be the same without such a strong minded opponent ;).

Soldiers aren't on the frontline all the time, there's usually some form of rota system of sorts. Secondline, frontline, 2 weeks sunbathing... All that training up the body into muscles would be for nothing without a suntan :)
Either that or he really shouldn't be using the satcom for forum browsing incase he orders an accidental airstrike...
Accidental airstrike? By the U.S. army? Surely not! :P
I'm only joking ppl so put your flamethrowers down. :)
Be safe, CodeD! ;)
Good to hear you're well CodeD, Godspeed :)
Glad to hear you're coming home soon, take care :o)
Snake:It's raining bombs, but the sky's still as beautiful as it ever was.
Cambell:You're going soft on me Snake?
Snake:High as a kite Roy. High as a mother f'ing kite.
good luck CodeD

You know, it's really creepy how you constantly think about me.
Who can get that nose out of their minds? =]
