Notebook suggestion?

I want to buy a notebook PC, cheap and powerful, with a good graphics card, to make my Blitz creations. any suggestion of wich one to buy? I want a cheap and powerful configuration...

There's no such thing. You can get a powerful "gaming Notebook" (like the Alienware Area-51m 7700 or Hypersonic Aviator FX7) or you can get a cheap one (pretty much anything from Acer, HP or IBM) which is not going to do you any favors with regards to games.

Flameduck is right. There is no such thing as a 'Cheap and Powerful' notebook.

There are however....

1) Cheap, Basic notebooks
or
2) Expensive, Powerful(ish) notebooks.

I have an IBM Thinkpad which comes under the 'cheap, basic' category. Its naff at games but it does every other thing that I want it to without any problems. Had it two years and its been very reliable.

Jeez, I've got an old P150Mhz notebook with a massive 32MB RAM that cost me over 3 grand when I bought it. Just to think what I could get with that now. :/

The problem is that the things that make a computer good for gaming, don't translate very well to a notebook environment -- a halfway decent video adapter these days uses plenty of power, gets pretty hot and needs active cooling -- all things that notebook manufacturers try to avoid... So the vast majority of notebooks use low end graphic adapters that are OK for running office apps, but are pretty bad for games.
A couple of places do make 'gaming' laptops, but there aren't many of those, and you will be paying a lot more for them than for a 'normal' notebook.

So... when you are looking to buy a laptop for games, make sure to check out the graphics adapter before anything else. This is where the main bottleneck tends to be. Most laptop graphic cards use shared memory (=slower), and many of them have less features than the regular models as well. For example, the Rage Mobility (older generation) came in two varieties for laptops, one with and one without the hardware 3D acceleration module. Obviously that can make a major difference in the performance in games.
