Disclaimer

Does anyone know where people actually get those software disclaimers you see in the install package? You could probably get one by copy and pasting but there must be a repository around the internet somewhere that offers them.

Anyone had any experience with them? it's all new to me but I want to sell some software and be careful.

It depends on which license you want. Most EULAs are either dictated by a lawyer from the legal department, or use a standard license like the GPL or Creative commons.
