Anyone got Octobers issue of Develop Magazine?

Apparently it's just come out and there is an editorial on Indiepath featuring yours truely. If you have a copy could you scan it and email to me - I have not got a copy yet :D

OK, read it. Nice one! A friend of mine got interviewed for a job by David Braben, didn't get it though. He wrote a really neat Pocket PC game that I keep telling him he should sell a Windows version of (I tested in Win98 and XP for him!).

I met david, he's cool but REALLY eccentric.

Yeah my friend said when he was being interviewed the room had a real fire but it kept wafting smoke into the room and David was really embarassed and kept saying "it doesn't normally do this". My friend wasn't sure if it was some kind of interview technique/trick ;-)

What about 'Poke 646,5'? That's an easy one too.

646 is character colour. 8192, hmm, not sure, sprites or sound chip? It's an important number, being twice 4096.
