I have my nero 6 comes with Pinoeer DVD Burner,
I think there're many burning software available here,
however nero is easy enough for me.

Don't know how basic it is though - I have so many NERO licenses (every CD/DVD-burner I have bought had those as OEM versions) that I don't need to use XPs.

yeah... if you don't have a game that has starforce running, or some other protection scheme that messes with your cd/dvd/combo... then the WinXP built in one should work fine...
unless you have a specialized purpose in mind...
