Truespace & Gamespace users ???

Are there any caligari users left here ??

If so, Is there anyone who have problem with the .x exporter ??

Random crashes ??

Runs Very Very slow with highpoly count ??

I Use both Truespace and Gamespace and these programs driving me crazy now!!!!!

I have tried all sort of things on my Dell M70, reinstall on new formated system.... Everthing in the book but the problems are still there with tS and gS.

I installed Maya learning edition just to see if there could be something faulty with my computer... But Maya have not crashed one time for me..

Please give me some input because this issues with Caligaris products have put a huge delay in my workflow.

no .x problems... just Save as DirectX....

When i save .x you have in the settings left or right handed cordinatesystem .. Using right handed for me gives me an export with flipped normals..
And if it is a animation it destroys the bones.

Still groping my way with the whole modelling thing...

tS6.6 and gSlite seem quite stable for me - although I have found rigging the skeleton to be prone to weird deformations at times on the click of a button - whole IK chains can suddenly be put badly out of alignment.

Haven't got a humanoid fully skinned yet (which I am doing in UU3D via the .x exporter) or animated keyframes.

Once you get used to the icon-based interface it has some very powerful tools available.

BlackJumper, Do you have left or right handed selector in yor .x exporter under settings ??
I ask for i have conversionpak installed and it replaces the x exporter.

actual X is working fine in GS for me. but b3d doesnt at all anymore. Its corrupting the file somewhere.
