Internal functions and methods

I know that a lot of the internal types (strings, TImage, etc) have quite a few internal methods and functions.

Where can I find a list of them or what files do I need to browse to examine the type declarations?

They are all covered in the extensive documentation, which is otherwise known as the source code.
