Finally, I have a linux install in which blitzmax works (well runs and compiles ok(ish)) with good GL support.
But here is the problem, after getting the ati drivers installed and xorg configured to work with hardware opengl, then installing blitzmax and update with a synch mods.
Digesteroids complies and runs ok, upto the point of exit, then it hangs with the menu still in full screen mode(I had to reboot the x-server to get it out) any reason this would happen???
I'm using ubuntu 5.04, I have an ATI Radeon 9800SE AIW card with the drivers that are installed by synaptic package manager.
Mobo is Asus A7N8X deluxe, with 1GB of Ram, swap partition is 256MB
