Milkshape - texture problems...

Hi,

I'm using a tree magic pro palm tree which I have imported into Milkshape and animated. The fronds on the palm are transparent pngs and worked fine before I animated the model. My problem is that now I have exported from Milkshape, the transparent areas around the palm fronds have now become black.

Does anyone please know how to get around this?

Okay I tried this earlier to no avail, but being a guy who likes to try stuff a few different ways I have now managed to import the animation into Ultimate Unwrap and changed the properties there and then exported it - lovely,

So - I'm sorted now - thanks.
