Open Source BSP compiler

I need generate a BSP Level file without pay license Fee to ID Software (commercial game)....

soluction:
using a open source Quake 3 BSP compiler!

wich the open source BSP compiler generate a valid Quake 3 BSP level???
i,m trying map3bspc.sourceforge.net and www.osmanturan.com

but the level don´t load using LoadBsp command
?????
please help me!
