@AngelDaniel: At this point ODE only supports Rigid Body physics AFAIK. But the ODE library is still work in progress, so maybe at some point it could be supported.

Obviously just me, but why would people pay for a wrapper? Does it do more than just a wrapper?

Hotcakes, I'm not sure I understand the question. Making a wrapper is very hard work, it's not just a case of creating a decls file.
