isometric game - any info is welcome

I'm want make a very easy/basic isometric game.
That's why I post this topic to get more info about isometric games.

And the forum search engine is temporarily disabled :(

Does someone have some .bb example files or yust some info about the isometric system ?

I can't find any examples made in blitz3d yet, and blitzcoder.com is dead.

In the Blitz tools section is a very nice map editor Universal Map Editor than can create isometric maps for your games.

hold down right mouse button and move the mouse around to move. i have used this with an animation and it looks just like diablo... but with a ninja.
