Quill 3D Update?

Ever since I got the WinXP SP 2 Quill 3D just crashes the computer when I try to open it. I heard there was an update available that fixed the problem (I think it also got rid of the stupid CD check), but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, will send them an email and hope they get back with me this time (lost my serial number when I reinstalled it, thankfully I found it later as they never replied)...
