windows beta and UI

so does the Bmax beta for windows have a GUI module yet?

No

(Official) GUI module will cost you, so I wouldn't expect it to have one in the beta or on release of the Windows or Linux versions.

All I can suggest is to keep an eye out for worklogs.

You know, you really should differentiate between what is Official and what is personal opinion.

Official: The GUI module for BlitzMAX will be sold seperately.

Speculation: Having the BlitzMAX core libraries will most likely be a requirement.

Noels Opinion: Do not expect it to be released before BlitzMAX itself. (Which is certainly likely, but is not the official position of Blitz Research.)
