Is there any kind of blitz-wizard something-a-rather that will help me make a self installer. Like the ones that come with new programs. Something I can costumize. Any thing?

I've used InnoSetup for years - it's simple, small, quick, flexible, and free.

Innosetup and the also excellent ISTool, both freeware and very polished / professional.

Have been using them for years for bb and vb.
