It seems like the download file is no longer online. Is there anybody who has this file (blitzclose.dat or blitzclose.zip)? Or maybe a sourcecode that shows how to use the DLL (i got the DLL in an other apps folder).

What does it do?

Allows detection of a window close by the looks of think Caff

yes, it detects a click on the close button of a windowed blitz app. You could then use some kind of alert and ask "your work is not saved! save - don't save - cancel".
