Changing EXE Icon

This can't be! Why isn't there a simple add-icon-into-exe option while compiling in B+?
Res Hacker doesn't work since there is no icon at all in my compiled exe.
I'm dying to release my latest game but not without an icon

Resource Hacker DOES work. Use it to ADD an icon.
