It's an UDP library for Windows and Unix, the license (free & free with permission) and features seem really nice!

well, it's open source, so all it needs is a good Mac programmer to start working on it. :)

You get the source if you are linely to finish a shareware/commercial program. I bet if a mac programmer showed they had what it took, they would give them the source.

I downloaded the "free GPL license version" and I believe the source was included!
