Userlibs?

It download a Tokamak PhysicsLibrary for blitz basic


I put the files (Tokamak.decls, TokamakWrapper.dll) in the userlibs folder


Run a sample and I get "user lib not found"

Why?

I guess everyone must be at blitzMax
