How to deaktivate "Strng+P"?

Anyone could help me?
If i Push "Strng+P" Windows XP opens always a a new Window.
How can i deaktivate this Window Shortcut?

??? what is "Strng" ? and where do you use it ?

sorry, not sure how you call it in english.
Command key? (from right to left: Alt Key, Window Key, Strng/Com key;-)

At WinXP it always opens a Window for printers.

Ahh, the "control" key.

And you can't deactivate it without the IDE source code.
