Lightmapping

I need some free lightmapping software, what should i use? And where do i download?

so the only free one i see is slim shady and its not very good

haha! "slim shady" :D That's a pretty clever name for a freeware lightmapper. :)

If you are into C then FSrad might be worth a look, I have not tried it myself but it comes with source and is a free radiosity lightmapper. http://www.fluidstudios.com/?freeware

You would need to do some work on it to get it working with the file format of your choice though.

hey mustang, what do you use? you still use lightwave for modelling right?
