DeleD 0.91 has been released. The new version contains a Material Editor and completely removes the use of texturepacks. Feel free to get the complete package at the download section! http://www.delgine.com/index.php?filename=downloads

(B3D importer and exporter are now available in the download section. These plugins provide for easy interaction with Blitz3D, and (amongst other things) allow you to export lightmapped levels to Blitz, so you can walk around in them)

it's a level editor..

but it can still be used for making characters. i've used it to make characters, and then export them into pacemaker and animate them there.
and dont forget in the samples there is the crossbow and some rather nice tanks.
