need help with tokamak joints

ok, I'm having a problem with joints... can anyone direct me to a good tutorial or instrucions on using tokamak joints? I'm using them for rag dolls in a game... I had them working for a while, but I played with a few lines and now I'm confused... please help

What are they doing, and do you know what lines you had played with?
