I have no clue but if I had to guess somethin from a horror movie, such as Michael Myers or something..

the disharmony suggests its something from elton john.

For the first half, I thought it might be from the soundtrack to "The Thing" (J. Carpenter's film).

...or are we talking about a game tune, here. (I'm using the term 'tune' very loosely here, obviously :)
