Since I am just starting out to learn OGL I though it would be useful to others (and myself) if a thread was started with links to OGL references/tutorials out there. A few I have found useful are:
1. OpenGL.org. This seems to be THE OGL place: http://www.opengl.org/
2. The "Red" book (this covers OGL up to 1.2) is available in pdf:
http://www.gamedev.net/reference/count.asp?LinkID=993
or in html form
http://rush3d.com/reference/opengl-redbook-1.1/
3. The official specs for OGL2.0 seem to be here:
http://www.opengl.org/documentation/specs/version2.0/glspec20.pdf
4. The opengl.org site also has a list of tutorials:
http://www.opengl.org/resources/tutorials/index.html
If anyone else knows any useful OGL links (particularly tutorials) I would be interested to hear.
cheers,
Richard.
