Need GUI

I need a GUI library for some simple button/window GUI stuff. I don't need one that has tons of fancy effects because it is for an editor I am making for my game, not my game itself.

I would like a free one if at all possible because I don't really need to have tons of features.

The one critical point. It has to be in English. I checked most of the GUI's in the Toolbox, but they are all in other languages! I can't read the tutorials for them so I can't use or understand any of them.

So if anyone can help me with a free GUI, or at least a demo version that is only feature not time limited then I'd be grateful, as I don't want to have to make one myself...

Editors and other Applications usually require fancy gadgets like listbox, comboboxes, moreso than games. You can find a free full feature Lib in the ToolBox or BlitzCoder Showcase.
