Blitz+ y Bliz3D

I have Blitz 3D and I see that there are options that does not have with regard to Blitz Plus for example:
Create Window
Create Panel.....
Is There any type to simulate those instructions with Blitz 3d?

well, blitz plus uses windows gui's so thats why they aren't it b3d

But

There are many libarys to do your own gui's look in the tool box!
