mouse scroll button in BlitzPlus IDE

@all,
I just noticed. My wheel button on my mouse does not scroll the code up/down when used in the BlitzPlus IDE (standard IDE), but scrolls with every other Windows component?? Anyone have any ideas as to why?

Works fine in my IDE. That's all I can say.
