BB3dD File Format. Looking for a post - Any Help?

Hi

I remember seeing a post on somebody working on their own file and animation format, called BB3D from memory.

After struggling with the Search area on the forums for about a day and a half, I'm no closer to finding it. I think the person was also working on a terrain/landscape editor as well.

Any help in finding the post or author would be appreciated.

That's just the point, I can't remember :( and I wanted to find out if he was using matrix functions or DLL's for his bone animations or some other method. I'm looking at using something similar for mesh animations within a mesh.
