Map Editor

Does anyone have a really good map editor that they have either written or got from somewhere that I can use? And some simple code that reads the map in and displays it?

2D: Mappy

3D: CShop and Quill3D

Quil 3d contains a good 3d map builder. Thats if you mean a program to build game levels. The rest of Quill is not so hot but the map builder is good and includes demo blitz listing to get you started.

You can allways try DeleD there is a freeware version also there is a internal lightmapper in developement.(Very easy to use)
